"1st time visiting this part of the island given as most new Yorkers rarely or ever visit staten island. Pier is a decent length there several benches to sit and take in the great views of the bridge and the NY bay. It's a very popular place if you enjoy fishing. Only draw back atleast to me is that there aren't any benches at the very end of the pier where the gazebo is located. Overall a great spot to visit while visiting this beach/boardwalk."
