"Johnathan the maintenance guy saved the day! Finally have a a month and a half of no light in the dining room. He fixed it easily. Previous maintenance that came told me they needed to get a whole fan and kept closing out my request. Finally someone knew what they were doing and it was only 2 wires needed."

"I've been living here for over a year. The apartments here are extremely nice in my opinion. Maintenance is super responsive and gets things done quick. Whenever there is a change or something going on, the staff notifies all residents via email or those little papers they put on your doors. Obviously, this place is not perfect, but transparency is key. My car was stolen from this apartment complex. It was very disheartening, however before I even moved in, the staff told me that there are a lot of stolen car reports and car break ins, and this complex DOES NOT have cameras. They were very up front about it. Also, alot of residents have dogs and leave dog shit all over the sidewalks and grass, so it will smell disgusting out here at times. People need to realize this is not the fault of Sedona. It is the fault of the residents who refuse to clean up after their pets. It is the pet owners responsibility. I also feel the rent is too damn high, but it's like that everywhere. I hope they lower it.... All in all, I gave this place 5 starts because it is a very nice complex, and they do their best to maintain things and keep communication open. It's pretty quiet, the people are nice and no one really bothers you out here. It's a lovely place with a lot of lovely people living here. I have enjoyed being here since I moved in."
