Inside, children’s books become life-sized for an immersive experience. Several copies of the books represented are placed so that you can sit and read the books as you go through the different areas.
This was such an amazing experience! As a librarian. i knew that I just had to plan a trip to KC just to come here! I visited with my grown daughter, son in law, and husband and they thought it was pretty cool.
The only negatives were that the prices in the book store were pretty high, there wasn't enough air conditioning or fans moving the air around. We were literally sweating, and some of the bathroom stall doors didn't stay closed."
