What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors praise North Creek Ski Bowl as a peaceful, uncrowded alternative to the main Gore Mountain area, highlighting its convenience and enjoyable trails like 46er. The new Hudson Chair is a welcome addition. It also serves as a venue for community events like Waynestock, which supports a local hardship fund.
"I visited Waynestock, XVIII- both nights! The band Mischief, finished the event with an awesome rendition of "Free Bird"! T-shirts sold out for the first time ever & 824 people attended during the 2 days. It's a FREE event, donations are accepted at entry. Money is raised w/Raffles, Auctions & food. All money raised, goes to the North Country Hardship Fund. The NCHC, helps people in 4 or 5 nearby counties, who are going through unexpectedly hard times such as illness, accidents & fire. This was the first year without Co-founder Wayne Bukovinsky but his wife Tammy, their family & friends, pulled together & made the magic happen! I'm sure "Wayno" would've been proud of how well the event went. He & Tammy's mission of helping others will hopefully live on many more years."

"Went mountain biking up the Long Trail. AWESOME!!!!!! Totally alone and beautiful!!!!! Very challenging trail. Well kept and marked.
Went again today. Used my Fatboy. Can not complain one bit. A tiny bit of mud here and there, which made it even more fun. Several other riders on trail, but everyone was polite and friendly. Couple dads out there teaching their kids. How Kool is that????"
