Evidently, it's the off season. Yet we were still charged $70 to reserve the covered area for a Celebration of life for a friend who had passed. (We did this a month ago)After voicing my unhappiness at the condition of the covered area. We were granted a full refund. But that still didn't help with fixing the problem. I had to move the tables myself. Not sure I'll ever reserve a covered area in any Park in Newberg again?!🤷🤬
This should not have happened. Even with the refund I feel taken advantage of. Nobody said anything about an off season. Just that it cost $70."

"Busy park in the middle of old-town Newberg. There is a constant rotation of people, even with COVID. Many times with the playground full of kids and parents. There is one picnic table on the east side of the park that is in contant use throughout the day. Some cover it, some wipe it down. Thank you to those people. Be advised. Stay safe. The scout house was recently crushed by a split oak tree. They are out there daily looking for branches. Don't forget to look up 🙂"
