The views are stunning, finishes are top notch, amenities are endless, and there's a luxurious and exclusive feel around every corner. "First, big pros: the staff! Everyone we have met and associated with at Waterline has been top notch. The doormen staff, from James to Brandon to Melanie to Victor to Daniel are all so kind and responsible. They’ve shown tons of care to residents and we love them all for it! The leasing agent Adolfo is also wonderful to work with. He’s very responsive, and even after we signed our lease he continued to be a helpful resource for us. Aaron, the manager, has also been great. He arranged for our packages to be delivered to our unit even before we moved in, making the process seamless! The building management is great at handling the move-in process and package management. They generally make the community feel very welcoming and safe.
Some small areas of improvement (not on management, more of a builder issue) would be maintenance and build quality in general. There are a number of locks that don’t work in the units as the locks don’t line up with the doorway. Also, the paint has peeled in multiple areas, and the secondary bathtub take a long time to drain.
Overall, highly recommend! (Will update with any move-out thoughts when that happens)"
