"My husband got scam for unfamiliar website and one of the pictures they used was one of Schott leather jackets. I helped him out with dispute and also doing research about the real one. I found out that Schott has a retail store in New York City, so I took him there this time even they have an online website, but we weren't sure what size will fit him. Nowadays, people mostly shopping online even you can return or exchange the good, but it will take time and sometime the new size you get still not the fit on your body. So in my opinion, a retail store still necessary. You can see and feel the real product especially if that product is expensive before you make a purchase.
