"Pier 11 is one of the city ferry stops for many of the lines. Don’t sleep on the ferry. It is a refreshing and gorgeous alternative to subways and buses. You will get some of the best views of the city and all the boroughs and cities that border us. There are even bathrooms and a bar/snack concession downstairs in every ferry.
The East River line is where the videos and photos attached were taken - between Wall Street and 90th street.

"You can get from here to Rockaway Beach. In my opinion it is way more better option than taking a subway from the City. You can enjoy the harbour views and there is only one stop in Brooklyn. Recommed!"
Adam Struzik
"Low-cost way to take in the city’s iconic skyline, punctual and offers both an upstairs open deck for panoramic cityscape views and a climate controlled lower deck. Take the ferry in the evening when the city lights up, creating stunning views of the skyline. It’s an unbeatable way to see New York from the water without the high price tag of other tours"
