This location is so clean, organized, fresh feeling, warm and filled with happy staff and customers! Also it has the most amazing lighting and dressing rooms to go dress shopping in the city! "I went to Nordstrom this evening and saw a display with lipstick. There was only one lipstick left of two of the colors. Seeing that they were $25 each I decided to get the last lipstick of color future beige and pinklist. When the employee told me my total, I was surprised to find out that they were charging me $30 for the future beige color. I explained to her that the display had all of the colors priced at $25. She explained that sometimes different colors are more money. So I said why are they all printed on the display at $25? So she walked over to the display with me and saw the same thing. She then checked online and told me that the price online for future beige is also $30. She also said that typos in the display do occur. At this point I’m feeling very disappointed. How is Nordstrom going to advertise one price on the display and then two feet away change it at checkout? Is that even legal? I bought them to prove to the world what Nordstrom is doing at their flagship location and probably every location. Wake up tourists visiting Nordstrom, you’re being duped. They’re knowingly overcharging you, even more than they already do. What a holiday disappointment!"
