The performances, especially the Genie, are frequently highlighted as spectacular. While the theatre's beauty is undeniable, a few guests noted minor issues like sticky floors.
"Classic place to watch a Broadway show. We saw Aladin, and it was spectacular.
The actual theater has much history and, for the most part, is in wonderful condition. I was surprised by the sticky floor upon leaving. That was not cool. But otherwise, a must-see."

"Absolutely magical! Seeing Aladdin on Broadway at the stunning New Amsterdam Theatre was an unforgettable experience. From the dazzling set designs to the breathtaking costumes, every detail was pure Disney magic brought to life. The cast was phenomenal—Aladdin and Jasmine had incredible chemistry, and the Genie absolutely stole the show with his energy and humor.
The New Amsterdam Theatre itself is elegant, historic, and the perfect setting. This Broadway masterpiece is a must-see!"

"My first trip to New York involved going to this theater.. It was so awesome. We went to see the Aladdin Broadway show; my first experience and introduction to Broadway blew me away. From the cast, the music, and the theatrics. I had seats up on the balcony, so it was quite a ways down to see what was happening, but all of the show from the front stage to back was fully visible and enjoyable. I did not opt to get any food while I was in the theater. Usually I am pretty straight faced while watching entertainment, live shows, or movies, but at the end of this show the cast had me smiling the whole way. It wasn't an overly complicated show, as we already know the plot of Aladdin, but it was worth every dollar. The next time I head back to New York, I'll definitely be looking into seeing my next show."
