"The banana pudding was SO good! I read that the banana pudding is the thing to get here and was not disappointed. I shared a small one with my partner and that was sufficient as we were eating plenty of other foods as well. It was the perfect flavor and texture. We went around 2 hours before closing and there was a small line in the store but closer to closing when we walked past again, there was a long line out the door, so timing matters if you want to avoid lining up. They were also nice enough to give us some water cups."

"Order to go, came for this famous banana pudding. No chairs, tap to pay available, no napkins available besides requesting from cashier. Was mostly like a mixture or parfait of layered cream, cake cubes, and whipped frosting. Was pretty good, but fairly certain I've had comparable from some of my hometown pudding specialty places.
Had a brownie too, was just a brownie. Cakey.
Staff were direct and clear. Most people seemed to come in and congregate nearby the back to read the available options, but the staff call out for whoever's next. Makes the queue flow quickly."

"Man, this used to be my go-to spot, like, three years ago. I just got back to NY after all that time, and I was so hyped to get that banana pudding I loved. But it was a total letdown. The staff was super rude. I get that it's probably crazy busy, but they weren't even paying attention to what I was ordering. And the pudding? They served it warm, not cold, so that first bite after all this time was a huge bummer. Plus, the taste was totally different. Way more whipped cream and less of everything else. Seriously bummed."
