"I had a great massage and it’s amazing that this place is open late night…. But I was asked to remove my necklace for the massage because of the creams/ oils used. I took it off and the therapist placed it to the side. After the massage, I was so relaxed that I didn’t realize my necklace was gone. I called immediately after as well as everyday for 3 days and they kept saying it wasn’t found.
It was a family heirloom and I’m so sad that I will never come back here. I shouldn’t have removed my necklace but as a business there shouldn’t be so many reviews of people’s jewelry going missing 😔"
