"Hershey’s Chocolate World in Times Square was such a fun and memorable experience. We stopped by while exploring Times Square and decided to try their giant Reese’s cup experience, where you get to pick different treats to combine into the filling and create your own custom Reese’s cup. It was such a unique and exciting activity, and the result was absolutely delicious. We were so happy with how it turned out. It was literally the perfect mix of chocolate, peanut butter, and our favorite fillings. It honestly tasted incredible and made the experience even more special. The atmosphere inside was lively, cheerful, and full of energy. It is the kind of place that makes you feel like a kid again since you are surrounded by all the colorful candy displays and the smell of chocolate everywhere. The staff were friendly, professional, and polite, making sure we were having a great time. One of the coolest parts was seeing so many Hershey’s candies that I’ve never seen back home in Michigan. That really added to the excitement of us looking around. They also had these adorable candy cupcakes and milkshakes that looked amazing. Next time, I have to try them because they looked so so good. Overall, this chocolate store was such a fun and sweet stop, and I would definitely return the next time I am back in New York."

"I stop here from time to time to see what limited edition flavors they have for the season. Being how fall is approaching they had pumpkin spice chocolate nuggets. They were also gearing up for Halloween with select mix & match bags 4 for $20.including Cinnamon Toast Crunch Hershey Kisses. Oversized Hershey favorites are also available for fun gifts. If you want a snack they serve large cookies such cookies & cream, double chocolate Hershey kiss & recess pieces for those of you who like peanut butter. Warning if you’re allergic to nuts the others might be cross contaminated since they’re in the same display case. I also overheard another customer talking about having a custom made recesses pieces (peanut butter isn’t my thing so I didn’t check it out). If you happen to go on a warm day they also serve ice cream sundaes & milkshakes. I decided to try a limited time “Wicked” milkshake, if you like mint you should enjoy it. They also serve a variety of s’mores at the counter where you order the ice cream. The ice cream/cookies/ custom recesses pieces & bagged candy - gifts each have their own registers to order/pay making the transactions easier. A rather inexpensive treat for your sweet tooth."

They have a great selection of all the classics from Hershey’s bars and Kisses to Reese’s cups and you can even fill your own Reese’s cups, which is pretty fun. The milkshakes and other treats are super indulgent, and there’s plenty of unique merchandise you won’t find anywhere else.
