The staff is frequently commended for their friendliness and accommodation, particularly during tours. "I walked up the East River Walkway to Carl Schurz Park to look around. Beautiful park with playgrounds for kids and adults, benches, grassy areas for sunbathing and of course Gracie Mansion. The old mansion, the Mayors official residence, is old and looks like it could use some TLC."
THE EXPLORER

"I went with my students to Gracie Mansion on Monday June 30th 2025. Because my students have special needs I did not know if they would enjoy the Gracie Mansion tour. They absolutely loved it! The staff was so accommodating and friendly. Mary was our tour guide and she is so sweet. She also is very knowledgeable and patient. It felt like we were royalty and the individuals said that they would go back in the future. I cannot end without thanking Chioma Ohakam another beautiful soul. She was very accommodating and she made the booking very easy. Kudos to you ladies for being great at your jobs. Great customer service. You should be commended! Thanks again, Sharon Spencer"
