"A few coworkers & I decided to get into the Halloween spirit a bit early this year & visited here last night. If you plan to have dinner I would recommend going either before the show or going somewhere that doesn’t require reservations afterwards. We had purchased tickets in advance for the 7pm tour. Which thankfully didn’t mean much since two of us didn’t arrive on time due police actions on the subway. The line for the 7pm show didn’t start moving until about 7:20. I felt the actors were a lot of fun with good audience interactions. The costumes & sets were amazing. You could tell they put a lot of thought & effort into the costumes & sets. I especially enjoyed the 3-D section of the Manor. I also liked the fact that they sent us in groups of four. This way the whole group has a chance to get startled not just the 1st two people like in groups of six. (Last year I went to the Jimmy Fallon “TonightMare” @ Rockerfeller Center & they sent us in groups of six…so disappointing for the last two in the group) If you do decide to visit do yourself a favor - walk slowly & enjoy the sets."

"Great actors, layout inside, the setup was really nice. I loved the 3D experience.
The only thing I can complain about was no air circulation or air flow inside. Was extremely hot inside and long lines. Besides that. The experience was great and better than over the years.
I had general admission tickets for 9:00pm and didn't get inside until almost 10:30ish. Long wait, long lines. I do recommend this place and get VIP tickets next time !"
