"I had been warned by others about bringing in items to sell at this place. Unfortunately, I had to learn the hard way to avoid them in the future. I tried to sell several pairs of mens dress shoes (which this location had none of in a size 12) and after waiting around two hours for my items to be evaluated and appraised I was told the items were (despite being in excellent condition) too 'mature'. A waste of time and energy. Patrons should avoid this store (all locations) and consider just donating to a Good Will so your time is not wasted with silly excuses!"

When I said no her reply to the girl next to her was " I cannot give the speech again, you do it" Great 1st impression. I brought a few hundred $ worth of clothes & shoes.
