"My husband and I have purchased the unlimited program and have used it several times and it’s always wonderful. The theater is clean the attendants are very kind And helpful. Today we had the pleasure of dealing with Tracey Ann at concessions. We were a little late for purchasing the tickets for our movie so we had to go to the concession stand to purchase them and Tracey went above and beyond to assist us and get us into the theater before our movie started. We are regulars and will always be, thank you again to our regal cinema employees at Hollywood Drive in Naples, Florida"

"The cinema was so clean. The manager, Salvador, and his coworkers were wiping the seats individually when we got there. I thought there was no more galactus popcorn so I asked him and he was so friendly and kind and said no I’m sorry I think we only had a few and people were camping out just for that. I thought that was it but when I went back to my seat he came up to find me and my family said that he found more in the storage. He actually went out of his way to help me. It made my day! I’ve been waiting for a galactus movie where he actually had a face so it was a big deal to have this popcorn holder. Him and everyone were so kind and organized at the Regal Naples 20 branch. Will drive an hour to go to this theatre from now on! Thanks so much for the amazing experience!"
