Visitors rave about the vibrant murals and unique sculptures that transform the area into an engaging outdoor gallery. The Rail Arts District is praised as a fantastic, family-friendly destination perfect for exploring on foot or by bike along the Vine Trail. Some reviewers noted the potential for expansion and appreciated the creative use of normally overlooked spaces.
"Fantastic murals along the train tracks in downtown Napa. What a cool visit! Great for a family visit to see some amazing public art. Definitely worth a visit! We came here today to visit a mural done by Catalan artist Cinta Vidal. It was beautiful to see yet just a fraction of intricate detail compared to what her other paintings display. Her website is certainly worth checking out! It is so fun to be able to experience art via walking or biking along an easy pathway!"

"We came to Napa to ride our e-bikes to Yountville via the Vine Trail. We stopped at the Vine Trail Office, to get the scoop on where to park etc. Two very nice ladies in the office, gave us a map and information. We were delighted to add RAD Napa to our ride. Great suggestion ladies!! The murals were incredible, as well as the art on the electrical boxes and train car! We hope this project continues to expand. What a wonderful use of a normally less traveled space in a city. The beautiful flowering bushes overflowing from the back yards added to this great experience."
