"The ladies I encountered who were in the building of the Main Street Murfreesboro organization (presumably this is the organization in charge of the Murfreesboro Main Street Farmer's Market, since the building's windows have multiple posters advertising the market and also share the same address on Google) were very rude and dismissive to me, when I -- someone out of town and not familiar with Murfreesboro -- showed up to the building's front step because that's where the organization has chosen to label the Downtown Farmer's Market exact address/location on Google Maps... in that building. I've never been waved off like a child before by a stranger, it was bizarre. If you as an organization don't want confused outsiders showing up at your door, be more intentional with where you put the Farmer's Market on the map, and don't be grumpy when someone who isn't in-the-know is asking for help. I can't help that that's where Google took me too, and you have the ability to make sure the Farmer's Market location is accurate. I'm shocked an organization meant to promote hospitality and support to local downtown Murfreesboro's businesses were so rude :/ Don't worry, I already submitted a request to Google to update the Downtown Farmer's Market location to be around the Court House so you don't have to.
I'm not giving a one star because hopefully my encounter is not representative as a whole of the organization, and after I found the farmer's market on my own it was lovely."
