Everyone was impressed with the ambiance, food, drinks and service. This was our first brunch experience, so we enjoyed those added options, especially the Bloody Mary. Can’t recommend that more. Finally, our server, Lizzy, is the best! We’ve had her every time we’ve visited and she’s the highlight on each occasion. Fun, friendly, knowledgeable, always making great suggestions. "We had dinner here recently, and I want to start by saying the staff was excellent. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, attentive, and professional. The manager came out to address our concern and was respectful, which I appreciated. We also really enjoyed the wine and tasting flights. That part of the experience was well done.
However, there’s a serious issue that needs to be addressed. I ordered the filet mignon, but what I was served was not filet. I come from a family of Angus farmers, and I’ve eaten enough true filet mignon to know what it should be. This cut was grainy, noticeably tougher, and lacked the buttery tenderness and round, thick shape of a center-cut tenderloin. Based on the texture and structure, it was likely top sirloin or possibly a chuck cut.
While the manager was polite and the kitchen staff assured us it was a filet mignon, the cut simply did not match what was described on the menu. If this is what your supplier is sending as filet, then they are mislabeling the product, and it’s hurting your restaurant’s credibility. I strongly recommend reviewing the sourcing and verifying the accuracy of what is being served. Customers paying for a premium cut deserve to get exactly that."
