"The Andy Griffith Playhouse is where Andy performed when he was a young boy. It's still open today and they hold plays and other events throughout the year. One of the most popular events is Mayberry Days in September. (The last FULL weekend). One of the final events is called Col. Tim's. If you've been to Mayberry Days,but never been to Col. Tim's it's a must. If you haven't been to Mayberry Days, then that's a must as well as Col. Tim's."

"Purchased tickets to The Bellamy Brothers at this venue. Went to the Bellamy Brothets page, clicked on the venue we were attending (Andy Griffith Playhouse) and was directed to Stub Hub for ticket purchase. Arrived at the venue and told that our tickets were not valid and our seats sold. Staff contradicted herself stating tickets could only be purchased through their venue site and all others were invalid, followed with, tickets were through Event Brite. Our tickets had Event Brite on the top of the digital scan and printed ticket. She states those tickets were refunded, but they have a no refund policy (tickets were not refunded). The key statement from her was "we haven't been paid by Stub Hub." Over 2 hours travel time to the venue and NO seats. Thankfully, Stub Hub is issuing a full refund and apologized on behalf of the venue. Will not use this venue again ever."
