"Fun, cheap (50¢), and convenient public transportation. There's one line with 5 stations, connecting you to different parts of campus and downtown. It's nice to get some steps in, get out of traffic, and experience WVU and beautiful Morgantown at a human scale."

"I'm fairly new riding the prt so I'm still getting the hang of the prt, today on February 28 2024 in the morning I was riding this exact prt back to Walnut, I mistakenly put 50 cent in the wrong gateway, which did not open for me so I contacted the hsc station to let them know my issue, a woman answered I could barely hear her but I did hear enough to the point she was being a little rude responding with an attitude after telling her what was happening, she did not refund me the 50 cents that I lost in that gateway, which sorta offended me because I know she could have because a man working this same station had refunded me before after putting money into the wrong gate but he didn't tell me that only certain gates accepted money which she did over the intercom I appreciated it, anyway too some people it would only be a loss of 50 scent no biggie, but I'm not rich so loosing money is not affordable too me, I'm not sure what her issue was but she wasn't very polite, I appreciate the prt but I don't appreciate being taken advantage of by workers over a mistake."
