Reviews Summary

Visitors consistently praise Morse Farm for its authentic Vermont maple syrup experience, offering a wide variety of syrups to taste and purchase. The unique treats like maple creemees and 'sugar on snow' are highly recommended, and the farm's rustic charm and friendly atmosphere make it a delightful stop. Some minor critiques mention inconsistent staff warmth and that creemees might not live up to everyone's highest expectations.

"This is a large store of a local maple syrup supplier. The store may get touristic as I saw a large bus with the tourists stopping by and all the people coming to the shop at once. However it’s still a family owned place. They offer 4 kinds of sample syrup to try as well as some flavoured versions on top of that. The staff were only partially welcoming to us as foreign tourists but were more welcoming to the Americans. The syrup itself was good but the maple creamy was not at all. It just tasted like vanilla flavoured ice cream and much worse than the maple creamy we tried in another place"

Alexey Subach

"This place is great! We arrived as part of our bus tour and had a very entertaining talk about 'sugaring' and boiling the sap down to maple syrup. We had a tasting of the different grades (there are 4 from light to dark) and each grade depends on when the sap is collected and not on how long it's boiled. Also we got to try 'sugar and snow' for the first time and its really good. Essentially you pour about a quarter size drop of maple syrup onto crushed ice and then scape it off with a fork. Makes for a great chewy maple candy. Also found out you can freeze this stuff so that was my excuse to purchase a gallon."

Rick Adkins

"We went to get fresh maple syrup and maple syrup creamees. Both are delicious. We also pet their two precious goats and took a walk through the maple trail. Very family friendly."
