What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Kirk Park Beach is widely praised for its exceptionally clean and beautiful white sands, offering a well-maintained and less crowded experience compared to other local beaches. Visitors appreciate the calm waters suitable for swimming and the dedicated dog beach area. However, the high cost of full-day parking is a recurring point of dissatisfaction for many.
"This could possibly be one of the cleanest and prettiest beaches I have ever been too. Being from Brooklyn I am used to all kinds of debris (especially glass) on the sand when visiting Coney Island. I could see that this beach is very well maintained. The only thing you have to look out for is either Jellyfish or High Tide while either lying out or just walking on the sand. I was staying at a nearby motel, so I didn't have to deal with the parking situation, which I hear is pretty steep. I will definitely come here again the next time I am in the area."

"Flat and sandy with the waves breaking at the shore (no body surfing unless you like the taste of sand). Best beach for lawn games like spike ball. On the less populated side for the area. Park nearby closer to town to avoid the parking fee."
