"Came here for a school project called The Act of Kindness. Parks in Modesto are resting places with shade for the homeless unless your in a recently built neighborhood. Currently there are 1,661 homeless in Stanislaus and still counting. So if your expecting to not run into them at all at these parks then your mistaken. As an act of kindness we gave out fresh water bottles to the homeless and found plenty here. The ones we encountered were nice and no problem at all. If your looking for a family friendly park try out Gracaeda park, although there is homeless around here also, just less of them."
