"Visited on 7.11.2025 during a day adventure to Minot, North Dakota. This place is the Gem of Minot, and the museum is worth experiencing. There are exhibits of the Air Force Base in Minot and artifacts from World War I until the present. There is a hanger full of airplane restoration projects and another one full of different flyable civilian aircraft. These are definitely amazing to see. The highlight of the museum is the hanger full of operational World War II fighter planes. There are numerous P- 51 Mustangs and the rare Supermarine Spitfire. A P-40 Flying Tiger and a C-47 Troop Transport are also on display, along with a Hawker Hurricane. Fortunately, I got to witness a P-47 Thunderbolt and a Mustang start up and soar off the runway for to air show in another state. KUDOS to Narmeen and Kohen for allowing me to take numerous pictures of the amazing aircraft in the WWII hanger. HIGHLY RECOMMEND visiting if you venture through Minot."
