What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors praise The Trailhead for its exceptional staff knowledge and helpfulness, especially regarding trails and bikes. The park's diverse year-round activities, from mountain biking to live music, are a major draw. However, some guests have experienced inconsistent service from staff, with a perceived difference in attention between regulars and new visitors.
"Staff is extremely helpful, with lots of general knowledge. Many also have some specialty skills, advice, and knowledge. One of the owners has been there very time we have gone, and she is extremely helpful. She always has great tips and tricks for different trails, parts, and of course, bikes. Their part and bike selection is good, with a range of bikes, from beginner to expert. If they don’t have a part, they’re happy to order it for you at no charge. Service is exceptional, with their mid level tune have felt better afterwards than another shop’s highest level tune, which cost more than twice as much."

"Would not recommend. The staff that works there is very inattentive to anyone but their regulars. If you do not frequent there, you will not get the same level of service as someone who frequents. The owner is nice, and the food is great, but the lack of care from the rest of the staff ruins the whole experience. I have seen them forget to sit people, forget to tell the other hostesses about customers being sat, sit other patrons and take their orders before even acknowledging the customers sat before them, and sit customers in locations where, unless you knew were there, you weren't being helped. And this is during times where they are not slammed by customers and have about 8 people at the bar and about 6 total tables sat. It is not a pleasant experience to eat there, and if they could get the staff to offer the same level of customer service to all patrons, it will make the experience better."

"Nice, open space with plenty of windows, views of surrounding nature, working and dining spaces, both in- and outdoor. There's a small food service on-site, store, small conference room, and restrooms. The space can be sectioned off to accommodate large groups, however it gets quite noisy when other guests are around."
