What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors appreciate the unique blend of art and nature at the Holmes County Open Air Art Museum, enjoying the scenic trails and contemplative haiku boulders. However, some find the art installations to be less substantial than expected, with certain temporary pieces showing wear. The hilly terrain and potential for mud are also noted.
"It was a nice cool sunny day and a great walk . We were the only ones there . Lots of benches through out in case you need to rest."

"I planned my trip to see the OAAM in the snow. It’s about a mile and a half up and down hills. The sculptures are worth a visit! The whole trail is set in beautiful scenery. Its worth the visit! Allow yourself time to walk and enjoy. I was looking forward to the stick work. It has deteriorated. The description does say it was a temporary installation. It’s not busy. I was the only person there (Tuesday afternoon in 20 degrees in deep snow.. not surprising and planned)"
Family Playcation
"The trail is up and downhill and can be muddy.
The art installations and haiku boulders were really cool. Overall, a nice way to spend an hour or so."
