What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Little Pimmit Run Stream Valley Park is praised as a hidden gem, offering a peaceful natural escape with a well-maintained trail along the stream. Visitors appreciate its dog-friendly nature and suitability for families and beginner hikers, though some note it's not well-kept in all areas and can be muddy after rain.
"Not very well kept but it’s still a fun place to take a dog if you don’t mind being in and amongst the flora. Definitely not good for a pair or more."

"Pimmit Hill's best kept secret! Great 0.7 mile trail along the Pimmit Run between Great Falls Street and Olney Park. Generally well maintained and downed trees are cut. I've never seen this trail crowded, unlike Scott's Run or Great Falls park. Great for beginning hikers, kids, families, dogs. Decent for runners, but watch out for those many roots that are exposed. I avoid using the trail for a day or two after a solid rain due to the many muddy areas that develop. You will have to cross the Pimmit Run itself in some areas depending on where you enter, so a hiking staff may not be a bad idea if you have balance problems. Limited parking at the Great Falls and Olney park entrances."

"Went as part of a school field trip, great place! Kids loved it and even though it was hot there was so much to do no one seemed to mind."
