"I was here on 10/17/25 about 5:30 PM. Library was doing a sales event and I spoke to someone who was running the event she said. So me and my daughter pick out some movies they were selling for $1 each. We go to put in $4 in the box and we over hear an older lady tell the lady we spoke to and said "they didn't pay for those" lady we spoke to said they put money in the box. First time in my life I got profiled at a library, and accused of theft. Older lady obviously shouldn't be a part of something like this. How many others will she profile?"

"Very disappointed in this library. Older librarian tried telling my fiancé he could not apply for a library card after showing her our address and repeatedly telling her we’re Pinal County voters. Not until we persistently told her we live in the county did she check our address and give him a library card. I cannot believe this profiling at a public library, she should have checked first and then let us know if we qualify for the library card. She seemed embarrassed after as she should, I can’t believe she would try denying anyone a library card without checking first."
