What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
The Xfinity Center is lauded as one of New England's premier outdoor music venues, praised for its excellent sound, clear video screens, and fantastic sightlines from all seating areas, including the lawn. Staff are consistently described as friendly and helpful. However, the post-concert traffic and parking exit process, especially for sold-out shows, is a significant drawback, with many visitors experiencing lengthy delays.
"There are no bad seats, even on the lawn. Prices are not high for food or seats, of course depending on the artist & show. Some closer seats are covered. Overall, a lovely venue. Additionally, there is a massive variety of food and beverage available for all attendees."

"The Xfinity Center in Mansfield is hands-down one of the best outdoor music venues in New England! From the moment you arrive, the energy is electric. The layout is fantastic—whether you have reserved seats or are enjoying the lawn, there’s not a bad view in the house. The sound quality is top-notch and truly brings the performances to life.
Parking is well-organized, and the staff does a great job managing the crowds efficiently. I especially appreciated how friendly and helpful the employees were—from security to the concession stands. Speaking of which, the food and drink options are great for a concert venue: plenty of variety, clean lines, and quick service."

"Love the venue - seating + sound and video screens. Also love The Backyard (VIP area) - short lines and waiters to take food orders, and manny seating options - couches, bar tables, pickup trucks, and Adirondack chairs.
The post- concert experience gets zero stars. We went to a sold out show and exited the gate during the final song (and before 2 encore songs). We hoped to beat some traffic but instead we're stuck in our parking spot for the next 1 hour and 45 minutes. Concert ended at 9:50 and we finally exited the property over 2 hours later.
So until a better system is put on place, either pay for premium parking or leave at least 20 minutes before an encore (at least for a sold out show)"
