"We parked in the upper parking lot (lot 3), and were surprised to see a lot of people just making their own parking spaces. There probably should be more spaces given the amount of people who visit.
The trail blazing and signage is confusing. At one point, 2 trails crossed and there was a third trail going off diagonally in another direction. They were ALL blazed yellow (see pictures). We weren't sure which way to go, so we had to refer to an app (All Trails).
The trails that allow horses had horse manure every 50-100 feet. Watch where you walk. Even the trails that did not allow horses even had horse manure here and there. That was annoying, especially since horses are not allowed on these trails.
It's not a bad series of trails, they get high use at certain times of the year and especially on weekends."
