There’s no home build without issues but Jawana (Realtor for Bellawoods) and Gabe (construction manager) were very attentive to us and what we wanted in a home. There wasn’t a time when I had a question or concern that it wasn’t answered or addressed VERY quickly. As soon as we met Gabe we knew he truly wanted to do a great job on our house. He cares about the quality of his work and the work of his team. The incentives allowed us to get things in a home we normally wouldn’t get. The craftsman series homes also come with a lot of extras like built ins and barn doors in some of the models. We actually would consider this experience even fun! I can’t say enough about how helpful Jawana was during the experience. Bonus: the home was complete just about right when expected."

"Maybe not a home owner, but lived here for 9 months now, however you never comment on the sub contractors/businesses/other realters that review. I dont have to own the rights to a burger to review it.
Very friendly until after you pay, have had a broken patio door and hollow/dead flooring for over 7 months. Got hit with the "we will send someone out to fix it" yet we are still waiting, they have a whole warranty they never act on, between that and the workers blockong trash services, the roads, and leaving trash and corona beer bottles everywhere, really would not recommend.
For new construction houses, they have way too many issues, between leaking AC units, dead AC units, leaking pipes, cracked struts, tiles, kitchenware not working, patio doors being broken, etc... there are just simply too many issues they fight you before they fix.
Edit. Mistakes happen, but there is a line between mistakes and complete negligence.
Also no oven for 2 months.."

"LOW-END QUALITY FOR HIGH-END PRICE.
I could post paragraph after paragraph depicting my nightmare of an experience with Woodland Homes....but a “Karen rant” quickly loses both its credibility and effectiveness. My goal is in no way to slander a company name. In fact, Woodland maintains so much pride in their product, they will not even approve the requested repairs to my home, despite offering an eleven-month home warranty. Therefore, I am posting this review so that I may share first-hand photos of the quality work you will receive if you purchase a Woodland home. The model is beautiful and the ladies in the office are incredibly helpful, but please let these photos speak for themselves. I don’t own Ugg boots, nor do I like pumpkin spiced lattes, so please heed my advice and purchase elsewhere. I hear Pearson, just down the road, has really elevated the quality of their homes to match the increased price-point. I wish I would have purchased there...or anywhere other than Woodland.
I will happily update photos if any repairs are actually made, but communication, accountability, and work ethic have, in my experience, been a lost concept."
