"The venue was easy to find, had plenty of nearby parking in downtown Madison, and there was ample space to see the stage. It was my first time at this venue & I would go again. Acoustics were great, bathrooms were clean & had unique doors, the staff was friendly & the bartenders were fabulous. I do not think there is a bad area to see the stage. Most tickets are general admission so you will be standing unless you purchase a reserved seat. Overall, I was very happy with this venue & would recommend attending an event here."

"The staff here are beyond kind and caring! We were standing in the hot heat for hours and they came out to offer people water and check on us before the doors opened. We appreciated it as it was over 90°! The show was everything we could have hoped for. Kind of wished the bathroom toiletries they offer for women were in stock, but the bathrooms were clean and very nice. The bar and staff were very kind and the drinks tasted GREAT. Security/staff are actually very nice and chatted with us a little when they could before the show started!
It was a dream come true for me to experience my first concert ever and also to see my favorite artist ever--Jessie Reyez so the amazing venue and staff just made my night one I'll never forget! Thank you!! 🫶🏾"
