"Absolutely beautiful building. My son and I watched Everclear tonight, 9.21.25 and we were sitting beside two separate groups of people that reeked of cigarette smoke and it was bothering us. I asked one of the ushers if there was anyway we could move seats. We just asked to be moved behind them. She took it upon herself to ask about the seats on the very far right side of the auditorium, mind you they were much closer, more intimate, and we didn’t have to worry about anyone being around us. We had a great view of the stage and it was amazing. I was so incredibly thankful for the staff to go above and beyond to accommodate us like that. The concert was great. My only dislike was I felt like the vocals were a little muffled. It was hard to hear what anyone was saying and even singing at times. But I will not dock a star for that simply because of the customer service. We’re from Amarillo and absolutely will be back for more concerts in the future."
