I’ve lived in a lot of different apartments, but I can say without a doubt that Venice on Rose is the most well-maintained place I have ever called home—and that is thanks to Mario.
Mario is the heart of this community. He is meticulous about keeping everything looking pristine, always making sure things are in top shape, and his attention to detail makes such a difference. It’s one thing to have a nice apartment, but when someone truly cares about the space and takes pride in it the way Mario does, it transforms an apartment complex into a real home.
Beyond his work ethic, Mario is just an incredible human. Every time I see him, he greets me with a big smile, always friendly, always happy to help with anything. He genuinely cares, and that energy makes all the difference.
I have two kids who love living here, and a huge part of that is because they feel safe and comfortable, thanks to Mario. It’s rare to find someone who not only does their job well but goes above and beyond, every single day. He is such an asset to Venice on Rose, and I feel lucky to live somewhere where someone like him is making sure the building is safe and well cared for.
