What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors consistently praise The Nethercutt Museum for its stunning collection of classic cars and its generous free admission. Many highlight the pristine condition of the vehicles and the fascinating array of antique musical instruments. While the location is a bit north of central LA, the experience is widely considered well worth the trip for car enthusiasts and families alike.
"An absolutely unique place that is a must-see. In addition to the main exhibition for $5, it is better to buy tickets for $20 and see the second part of the exhibition, which is located right across the street. Everything is much more interesting there, since in addition to absolutely unique cars, you can see and hear musical rarities more than 100 years old in action. It is useless to look at photographs - places like this need to be seen with your own eyes"

"Such a fun experience, you can be in and out of there in well under an hour if you're looking for a quick family activity and are in the area. They have a wonderful collection of cars and the train is pretty awesome. Great for just $5 and kids 12 and under are free."

"The collection at this museum is pretty impressive!
My visit to the Nethercutt Museum exceeded my expectations. The place was immaculate and the staff were all very pleasant. It cost $5 for entry and it was worth it. We just happened to get there about a ½ hour before the Steam Locomotive Train tour and it was a sight to see. The Gentleman who ran the tour was very knowledgeable. You can even Ring the bell... pull hard!
Enjoy!"
