"This was my first time at Quarters (9/27/25 at 7:15pm). We were seated at table #13 in the corner, and the smoke constantly blew straight into our faces and eyes, making it hard to breathe and leaving our eyes burning. It was uncomfortable and distracting throughout the meal.
The food itself was the highlight. The beef combo and marinated beef short rib were both juicy, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. We really enjoyed the quality of the meat.
Unfortunately, the service was a big letdown. Daniel rolled his eyes multiple times from the moment he took our order. Yes, the restaurant was loud, but instead of clarifying, he gave us nothing but attitude when one of my friends asked a simple question. Yomi wasn't any better--she kept a blank, unfriendly expression the whole time and stepped on my partner's foot twice without a word of apology. The lack of basic courtesy from both of them made the experience frustrating and unpleasant.
The only person who stood out was the manager. He was professional, warm, and checked on our table more than our own servers did. Honestly, if not for him, the service would have been a complete disaster.
Overall: good food, terrible service. The management deserves credit, but the staff's attitude ruined what could have been a great experience."
