It's so dark the people who come in to find seating can't see any open seats because they see their hand in front of their face. Someone called out "there's a seat over there and I literally had to walk with my hands out in front of my face following the sound of her voice. I would advise the theater to place some lights on the ground so each patron doesn't have to awkwardly stand in the aisle for 15 minutes before garning up the courage to ask the ticket taker to grab a flashlight and show them an open seat."
