The first time I went with my friend, we actually had 0 time awareness and popped in during around 45 minutes before they closed without realizing. The owner still greeted us so kindly and walked us through the charming process! Eventually, we realized that the store was starting to close down, but they didn’t rush us and gave us time to finish up our necklaces. I don’t recommend going late, but was really thankful for the accommodation of the staff!

I was immediately helped by Maya who was very friendly and welcoming. She walked me through all the options and customizations. She even helped me put it together after I expressed that the build process overwhelmed me.
In addition to the excellent service, the environment is just so calming and inspiring. Can’t think of many places in LA that offers a fun space for women to craft. Highly recommend coming here even if you’re intimidated by the creative process like me, the staff is AMAZING!!"
