"great place to take your kids to. they have a movie they play at a scheduled time and afterwards have an activity. theres an interactive learning center with shells and preserved jars with an animal inside that, and a tide pool with tonss of life, like starfish, sharks, crabs, abalone and sea cucumbers to look at up close. next door theres a lab that helps with the conservation of red and white abalone due to being endangered. the main aquarium wasnt open while i was there but i enjoyed the parts i saw. parking is 1 dollar per hour and across the way is the beach. i went on a sunday and it wasnt very crowded. great place."
