What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors love Bronson Cave for its iconic 'Batcave' entrance and stunning, unobstructed views of the Hollywood Sign. The easy hike makes it accessible for many. However, frequent closures and fencing around the cave entrance can be a significant disappointment for those hoping to explore inside.
"A short hike takes you to a cave that’s said to be where they filmed the old Batman movie. The cave itself is closed off, but from here you get a stunning view of the Hollywood sign. Perfect spot for some Instagram-worthy shots. The hills are tall and the nature feels wild and untouched. Hard to believe this peaceful beauty is just 10 minutes away from the buzz of the city."

"Pretty mediocre I won’t lie. Easy hike,if you can even call it that (you can continue on a longer route if you wish, but the caves themselves are about a five/ten minute walk from the parking lot!"

"Nice short hike from the parking lot... this really is a pit stop or a check it off your list before starting the Brush Crayon trails. The OG Bat cave closed off but is still kinda neat. But ultimately, you're in this area make your way up to the hollywood sign. Lots of free parking. 15 parking spaces at the start of the trails... parking along the street and another parking lot (all dirt), maybe 20 cars, can fit there. 2 porta potties in the dirt lot. No rest rooms or porta potties anywhere else. Bring water, and not much shade."
