I ordered a print online for $160aud in total and after months of no contact or shipping, even though their FAQ says they post every Monday and Thursday, there was nothing. Issued a refund through PayPal and they approved it immediately, indicating they're aware this company is failing a lot of people since there was no wait period between lodging refund and receiving it.
Their Instagram says they're temporarily closed in their bio, and if that's impacting orders they need to close their orders online and in store, since Insta comments say even people purchasing in store and getting items shipped are waiting months."
