"Stay away from this winery's club! Absolutely horrendous customer service. They have been charging me without sending any products. Have been trying to get in touch with them for MONTHS with no response or resolution. They are either completely disorganized or frauds.
In response to Company's message: These are the exact means of contact I have been using to get in touch. I have sent several emails to that address in January 2020 alone. I have left a total of 3 to 4 VM since November. I have received only one response to an email in which it was said my membership was cancelled and shipment could go out in January. It's January 20, 2020. No shipment for something I was charged in October for. I'm not the only one experiencing these issues (pls reference your one star Yelp reviews). Thanks."
