Skateboarding area, lots of grass, baseball gym, and even a location for AR Games such as Pokemon GO, Ingress, Harry Potter Wizards Unite, ETC. It's close to a middle school and a bit further although still close to a high school as well as housing and a hospital. Great place to put a park and since it is so spacious of an area, traffic and students leaving school are rarely an issue."
