"Extremely lazy and do not call back or do there job correctly. I’ve been calling about extremely loud and annoying construction from a neighbor not to mention the main reason I called it’s illegal for almost a week and when I finally got through I was met with actually a very nice woman who was just filling in for the building code people and they said they would have someone come out and they would call me back on the news the was last Wednesday so almost two weeks ago very disappointed and discouraged with the city of Lockport having just moved here 2 months I will now be looking for a better place yet again be better"

"This has to be the most useless building in Lockport all they do is raise your taxes 3 times a year to be exact.Every road in Lockport you have to drive like a drunk to avoid all the potholes.The schools are absolutely terrible and don't even get me started on the snow plowing it's not existent.My taxes seem to keep going up while nothing gets improved how ever their salaries also seem to go up every year by 15 percent.MAKE IT MAKE SENSE"
