What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Reviews for a specific movie theater indicate a mixed bag. While many praise the friendly and helpful staff, comfortable seating, and excellent sound and picture quality, some patrons have experienced significant issues with malfunctioning equipment and poor customer service regarding refunds. The cleanliness of restrooms is generally good, but air conditioning can be inconsistent.
"Lovely staff, great movie quality. Sound was fabulous, bathrooms were clean, seats were comfy, and the popcorn was fresh. Staff were all super nice and helpful. We saw the Dog Man movie for my younger brother who adored the books and were not disappointed. Not too expensive, best movie trailers ever, with trivia mixed in with the ads to get you in a cinema mood. Overall a very nice environment."

"I’ve been to this theater about five or six times. Once, the sound buzzed and the screen was so dim it was barely watchable. Staff admitted the problem and apologized, but refused a refund, offering only a voucher I wouldn’t use. My other visits were fine, but if they can’t guarantee the basics, there’s no reason for me to come back."

"I brought my son and nephew to see how to train your dragon. The movie was scheduled to start at 3:45. We arrived early to ensure I got their snacks. We made it to our theater it was completely dark. I had to use the light on my phone. To ensure the safety of the kids. We sat there for a couple mins wondering if someone was going to turn on light seeing we were early. No one came so I had to run to the concession stand to tell the gentleman. He ensured me it was fixed. Upon sitting back down I realized the lights and sound were on but the screen was entirely black. I thought instead of walking up front again to let someone know I would call the customer service desk. No one answered. I then took me and the boys back up to the front leaving their snacks because it’s to much to keep walking with. And tell the men up front the screen was still off. Meanwhile one was just sitting on his phone each time I came up there. I then told him it’s inconvenient for me to continue to leave my seat to inform them that their job wasn’t done. Not once did anyone come ensure everything was working properly. The theater wasn’t clean nor was the service helpful. For my first visit here it was horrible. I will not come again."
