Talked about how unfortunate the situation was, and after waiting for the storm to pass, we knew it wasn’t going to, so I wouldn’t be able to finish. The gentleman at the front desk, was very professional and made the situation right. Very much appreciated and will definitely be back. Hopefully, no rain next time!"
