"The Leawood Aquatic Center is a hidden gem for families and anyone looking to cool off in the summer! The facility is clean, well-maintained, and has something for all ages, zero depth entry for little ones, fun slides for the kids, and lap lanes for adults. The lifeguards are attentive, and the staff is friendly and professional. Plenty of shaded seating, a nice snack bar, and a safe, relaxed atmosphere make it an easy choice for a summer day out. Highly recommend if you’re in the Leawood area!"

"I went to take my 1-year-old to the kids’ pool and arrived at 5:00. I was told the policy had changed since last year and that I would need to pay $10 for my toddler. They informed me it is now younger than 1 year old that gets free entry. That was fine, so I paid $20 for both of us. However, as soon as we got to the kids’ pool, the lifeguard told me it would be closing in just 10 minutes. Since the entire purpose of my visit was for my child to enjoy the kids’ pool, I asked for a refund at the front desk. Instead of helping, they told me to call City Hall saying they had no ability to give me it there. I have good memories here with my children but this visit was very disappointing."

"Our kids did swim lessons here, so inexpensive. They did swim lessons and moved up 🏊♀️🏊 to the swim team. What a great experience. Thank you, City of Leawood"
