What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors consistently praise Front Street Park for its charming atmosphere, especially during the festive winter season with its dazzling lights and sledding opportunities. It's also appreciated as a relaxing summer spot with shaded areas and local art exhibitions. Some find the park can get very crowded during peak times, particularly in winter.
"Summetime at Leavenworth is fun too. Soaking in the sun at the Front Street park. Stroll through Front Street for some beer, pretzel, beer, souvenirs and beer (did I mention beer, just kidding). There is a nice gazebo and plenty of seating in the area. There was a local artists exhibition when we visited. Good food is on other streets and not on Front Street. You will love the vibe both in summer and winter."

"Leavenworth is a charming Bavarian-style village in the Cascades, perfect for a fun getaway. Stroll through Front Street for pretzels, sausages, and cozy shops. Hike nearby trails like Icicle Ridge or Colchuck Lake(start as early as 5 am for less crowds ) , float the Wenatchee River, or sip local brews at Icicle Brewing. Families love the reindeer farm and nutcracker museum. Visit during Oktoberfest or the magical Christmas lights for extra charm!"
